Eureka believes that the only good estimate is an accurate estimate. That's why we require our sales representatives to perform an on-site survey whenever possible. All Eureka Agents provide surveys and estimates to prospective customers at absolutely no cost or obligation. Simply call or complete the Survey Request Form to have one of our representatives arrange a convenient time to contact you.
Packing, Crating & Unpacking
Our professionally trained packers use the best materials to protect your valuables for a claims-free move. Eureka will gladly provide you with an estimate to handle the packing and crating of all your goods, or only those you select. If you're a do-it-yourselfer, be sure to ask your local Eureka Representative for our packing guide. To save money, consider purchasing high quality packing materials from us at minimum cost. Eureka's packers can also help you settle in quickly in your new residence by unpacking your belongings and removing cartons. Ask your Eureka representative for details.
Specialty Services
These services include disconnecting/connecting appliances, or preparing other items such as grandfather clocks, pianos and computer equipment for a long distance move. Your Eureka representative will gladly arrange for these special third party services.
On-Time Performance
We understand the importance of keeping promises. So, when we say we'll be there when you need us to be there, it's not just a promise. It's our reputation. Our Transit Time Guide determines the typical number of days to allow for loading and delivery, based upon the weight of the shipment and how far it must travel to its destination. Our desire, however, is to meet the needs and special requests of our customers whenever possible. We also know that to keep our promises we have to keep track of your shipment. That's why we have invested in state-of-the-art computerized tracking systems that help us ensure on-time performance.

Storage Services
What if you find yourself between homes at either end of your move? No problem. Your local Eureka representative can arrange for storage at either origin or destination. Padded protectively and stored in a clean and secure warehouse, your belongings will be ready for the final phase of your move whenever you are ready for them. Eureka offers these special handling services for minimal cost and maximum convenience.
