Tagging the Items to be Moved

In coordinating the relocation of your offices, we will try to have every item moved into the best possible location for you in the new office. Our system depends on just how well the items are tagged. Eureka Van & Storage has developed a multi-colored coding system by floor in order to expedite the flow of items to their ultimate destination. Eureka will provide pressure sensitive labels at no-charge. It is critical that a label be placed on each item of furniture and carton to be moved. The labels given to you will be color-coded to the general location of your office in the new facility. If every item is labeled properly, we will place the item in accordance with the floor plan. Be sure that the items are tagged on the day prior to the move. Thorough and accurate labeling is paramount for a smooth move. If you have any questions, please call.
