Eureka Office Moving and Relocation Our office relocation service is unique in the commercial moving industry in that the company officers play an active role in coordinating all moves throughout all phases of the relocations. There will always be a person present with the authority to make decisions for Eureka. Consequently, any problem that arises will be quickly and efficiently handled, on the spot, with a minimum delay to any move.
We offer a wide range of services that allow us to meet our customer's needs in the most efficient manner possible. We are acutely aware that our customer's are also in business, so we will work with their staff to plan the move to cause minimum disruption to the daily office routine. The optional services we offer range from assistance with the preliminary packing, to the disassembly of shelving and modular furniture, to the movement of libraries and files on specially designed carts.
All personnel provided by Eureka will be experienced office movers that are specifically trained to perform the task assigned to them. Every man will be in uniform and readily identifiable as a Eureka employee. Each man has completed our training program and the average tenure is 3.5 years.
It has been our experience that there are two key factors involved in any successful office relocation. First, and most important, the mover must be able to work with the clients and their employees to plan each phase of the moves in such detail that virtually nothing is left to chance. Second, the moving contractor must have the experienced personnel and the specialized equipment on hand in sufficient quantities to complete the moves as scheduled.
Once we have been selected as the moving contractor, the final planning process must begin. A meeting will be arranged as soon as possible to further define just exactly what the needs are. We will then review the plans and make any refinements that may be necessary to meet all needs.
The movement of all word processing equipment (both CRTs and typewriters) will be done on machine carts that are designed to move these machines with a minimal chance for damage. Eureka maintains special carts to facilitate the movement of pictures and partitions that allow for the safe movement of such items without the need for packing.
In order to insure that no damage will be done to the facilities, Eureka will provide all of the protective materials necessary to satisfy the most stringent requirements. Masonite will cover all marble, tile and carpeted areas that will see heavy traffic. Any walls or corners that are susceptible to damage will be covered prior to the move.
Eureka Van & Storage Co., Inc. will adhere to all of each customer's requirements for insurance coverage during the period of the move.
